Isn't that good since you don't want pity? Maybe I'm confused.

I know it's hard, and even harder to open up about it. So I don't think you HAVE to post about it in Confessions. But if you want to, and you think it'll help you, then know that anyone who makes you feel bad or puts you down simply doesm't have a good understanding of everything. Anchor yourself on the positive!

Saying that you have a problem isn't weak at all. It's a step towards being strong.

That may be so. But try to focus on the advice or encouragement you might get?

Keep telling yourself this till you believe it: It is human to err. We trip, fall, collapse over silly things, make mistakes that could and sjould have been avoided, offend and hurt people, and screw up more than we are willing to admit. That's called being human. Not weak or pitiful or dumb. I've done it a LOT too, and so has anyone else who might know about your problems.

Being strong doesn't mean you don't struggle. And people would just have to understand that there is no such thing as a trivial reason for being thrown off course.
