Yeah, I hesitated to post anything in that thread myself, since I've come to hate being the guy that walks in on the thread where everyone is enjoying something and says "haha this sucks." But I have a tradition of disagreeing on everything that Nex loves passionately, so I felt compelled to do so.

Does sound like you disliked the game more than I did and for a broader range of reasons, but man, after reading up on 1999 Mode, that sounds like...no fun at all.

*And it misses… but it just sort of keeps going. And going. Its slow crawl is undeterred by the length of Beast's reach, nor by the solid nature of the earth itself. It keeps going, towards the core. It moves lethargically, which is fortunate for when it hits the center, god help us all*
