But I just read your post. And I wanted to tell you (sincerely, not out of pity)... Well, you deserve to be happy. You really do. Nobody should get to take your happiness away.~

If she makes you happy, that's great. But if keeping the secret inside is eating away at you, then a change of the status quo might be necessary. Leaving may be a sudden and harsh change, though, and, as terrifying as it might be, telling her how you feel might give you the closure you need. Whether you leave after that or not probably depends on her answer and whether the two of you can work through it together.~

Regardless, though, it's great that you have such a close friend. Strong friendships are hard to build up - but remember that some relationships may turn destructive too.
