Well, I did write it over each spoiler tag containing such avatars (in bold letters) and did state it in the rules (but I know that no one ever reads rules, I'm guilty of that, too) ;D As I said, people posting their 'toris in my art thread usually want them to be used by others, so it should be ok. But I'm in no position to decide what other people want which is why I included this rule of having to ask the creator first.
♥ Well, *I* didn't make that avatar, so you should thank the creator (if I remember correctly, that's MohMoo). :D Also, don't forget to ask the creator for permission to use the avatar! While my 'toris are all free to be used and don't require any form of credit whatsoever, you still have to ask when using a 'tori made by someone else (but I don't think anyone would say something against it).
Hey there! You wanted to know how to make a Smoker'tori. Well ... explaining how to use Photoshop/GIMP/etc. and edit pictures would take a few hours and there are a lot of tutorials on the subject. Just search for those on sites like DeviantArt. However, a Smoker'tori is already existing. Just check my art thread: http://apforums.net/showthread.php?t=33436 In order to find the 'tori you're looking for just check the list of all existing 'toris and use the links I provided in the first post.
