The overall forum quality is due to the excellent moderating team and backroom staff in general. The manga section does get a little petty and childish at times, which is why I only visit there sporadically. The general discussion forum is full of good eggs.
And I'm using dud in this sense: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/dud (the first meaning). It is just an ironic comment on how the many cool dudes (or "doods") on the internet are usually just duds.

This is my first forum ever (it is, so far, my only forum) and I had no idea that your screen name and user name are the same thing. I thought your user name would be something you use to log in and then decide to use a screen name.
Also, I like to believe I'm not the only dud that's cool.

I am active in another forum but recently I along with several friends of mine were annoyed at the staffers there.So we joined this place as one of my friends recommended.
