I t will crazy if the op and Ed are shortened but when the funi dub was airing in 08 the op and Ed were kept intact.

Or toonami and funimation are crazy but then again the highest rated toonami show was the crazy dbz hack job so starting one piece at a crazy spot isnt that off.

I was skeptical at first but it really is confirmed that One Piece will air on Adult Swim Toonami in 2013!! I can't wait and I hope it totally secures the future of the Funimation dub.
