I wonder if there will be many small skirmishes now rather then large battles between the crews in the new world. sort of like battles between roger's crew and white beard's crew.

i think his powers don't come from a DF. Nami can control weather on a small scale maybe Dragon has something that can do it on a much larger scale.

I dont know it seems reasonable at the end someone activates one of the ancient weapons and Luffy unites the WG and the emperors to fight it.
