Both of those arcs had not so good pacing in certain spots. It's probably because you binge watched them. The issues don't linger in your mind very long because you don't have to wait a week...

Punk Hazard is roughly 45 episodes which means at 13 episodes every few months, they could be finished with it before summer 2020.

I am satisfied with this news. Kept my expectations to just Punk Hazard confirmation and that's what we got.
The best part that fills me hope is multiple teams working on delivering the dub as fast...

It's better to keep expectations reasonable and hope for at least a general release window for Season 10.
