Right now I have it as Ambition, and depending on the context or when it needs to be explained to make sense, sometimes it's called "Ambition energy". But it's more of a placeholder than anything right now because I don't think Toei's gotten back about that episode yet.
I thought about using Spirit like some suggested, but then I thought that people might get the wrong impression from that (as in something related to the soul), or that Oda might come up with some other special energy later on called that. I thought about Will, but since there's already the Will of D that uses a different Japanese word, I decided to use a different English word too. I also thought about Drive, which is a good translation for haki, and I had it in the scripts until the last minute, but looking at it again, it just didn't sound as good as it could have. I think Ambition gets the idea across most clearly and fastest, and with some fiddling with the words around it depending on context, it can still make sense.
