I talked about it yesterday in the raw thread and Demon Rin translated straight from the official site, Robin's voice will change on episode 299 already.
Btw, Yuriko wasn't in the last Jump Festa, she and Chopper's VA were absent.

I'm gonna post Rin's translation in here for people who don't check the RAW thread. It might be nice to have it edited into the first post.

Just read in a Pokemon website that Yuriko is being replaced on Nurse Joy's role too. So yeah, she's off the business for a while.
Hopefully this new girl sounds something like the current one
People are judging the new voice off her Washu (Tenchi Muyo) voice, which is very unfair..
I'm hoping this is like when Nami's voice actress "took a break" during Little Garden and the change wasn't noticable. I still rewatch that arc don't notice the difference.
Chopper's, OTOH, was like nails on a chalkboard and as much as I like Kazue Ikura's Koari Makimura (City Hunter/Angel Heart) her Chopper wasn't that great and sounded either too nasally and screechy.
Here's hoping she'll do a good job, but in truth I don't recall Robin having many key lines in this portion of the arc. Then again I recall back in the day when Kae Araki (Miaka from FY, Chibi-Usa from SMR-Stars) had to place Kotono Mitsuishi (Sailor Moon) during the Sailor Moon season finale (where they all died) and she did an excellent job so it's not the first case of Toei having to replace a seiyuu during a critical part of a series, ironically Sailor Moon's original seiyuu returned on the specific episode when she got her SMR brooch power-up.
At least she didn't leave during the "I WANT TO LIVE!!!" scene, that would have sucked.

For those of you who never heard Robin's replacement's voice, here's a clip of Tenchi Muyo! GXP, where she of course, voiced Washu.
It's not bad. Different, but I won't particularly mind, really.
Just watched the episode. Here's an audio sample for you guys from today's episode.

That's...basically all she says.
Doesn't sound bad at all. Granted, she didn't say much, though...
Everything was all for nothing
Oh wow. This sucks. Hopefully, the temporary replacement does a good job and Yuriiko returns soon if anything.
I can't get the clip to play for some reason, it comes out all distorted.
*new signature in consideration
ah, the news kinda shock me O_o but after hearing the voice, it's not bad at all. I just hope that Yamaguchi-san come back for the 'unlocking handcuff' event.
now, come to think of it, usually Robin didn't talk that much, and when she talks, most of it are cool. then came this Robin centered arc (which I love it very much) where Yamaguchi-san needs to scream, cry, being punched, etc.etc. not to say Robin talks quite a lot here. she must be tired then. I really love the 'I want to live' voice acting, which I believe as the most hardest part of all....
so, I think she needs some rest, and since Robin didn't talk that much for now, I'm okay with it. but.... please return soon Yamaguchi-san....... >_<
It's funny how a Robin based Arc barely has Robin speaking at all.
Edit: I had a post up here talking about how we shouldn't hear the changes for a while because the episodes are animated quite some time in advance. It's not like they create an episode weekly. I hadn't seen that there was some clip when I posted that, though.
...So that there would be a change in her voice is hella weird, because at the latest Jump Festa they were talking about how they'd already done recording at least up to when they *SPOILER ALERT*burned Merry*SPOILER ALERT* and that Usopp's voice actress was taking it really hard and that they were all pretty much in tears.
Are you sure that's someone else's voice?
The official website said 299 so it's 299.
They could have voiced random episodes instead of in order if they said that and you didn't misunderstand.
