Being a high level swordsman Mihawks grip will be like a vice and we've seen his speed. If his sword was being sucked off his back he'd either instanly stop it or catch it in the air, I also think this applies for shanks.

well i surely can't change your mind and time will tell if shanks was/is stronger than BB or not,

the fact that he hide himself speaks for itself

he obviously could have been the 2nd division captain and propably 1st division captain too (until we see marco it is speculation) and maybe he could have been in the top 15 without his fruit but i do not respect him as a character though he is badass

he is crazy strong and maybe he can do other things with his DF but i don't like the fact he didn't go out to the new world even when he got his fruit

He's not the only god-like pirate out there, i just use him a lot in my examples, smoker could do the same thing to BB, as well as WB

But it does it is the strongest sword in the world, kreig was an arrogant fool who thought he was the best. Mihawk doesn't think he is the best swordsman, he is. And he doesn't think he has the strongest sword in the world, he has it

Again, Mihawk said that. And all we ALL know how people's claims turn out when they say things like that. Besides, as Zoro proved, it's not in the sword, it's in how you use it. And Krieg technically won his fight against Luffy; Sanji had to save Luffy or he would've died, just like Robin saved Luffy after he lost Crocodile Round 1.

But I have faith in BB's DF-powers. Maybe with little practise he could suck up even that sword.
