And I think it is obvious the two unknown Yonkou are Johnny and Yosaku, who have heard about Luffy long time ago from Buggy and decided to check him out. Not willing to reveil their identities yet, they kept in the background, but they did examine Luffy quite a bit. Personally, I admire Oda for resisiting the temptation of making their true nature more obvious, by letting them reenter to story at a later point, or making them do something really awesome. You just know Johnny could have made Arlong explode by looking at him, but he kept in line by putting on those sunglasses.
