For purpose of leading undercover missions he began to change his sex, then, after Luffy has been born, she decided she decide to stay as a man, because she, or now he, didn't want to go through child-birth any more, as it's painful process.

Then WHO IS Luffys dad? Is it Shanks? Or is it Crocodile? Or 1996 Denver Broncos? Mister Garrison?

the father is D. carrier who remains to be seen in the manga, yet, but is now a woman, as the love of his life - Dragon changed to a man, they have of course Luffy's younger sibling, who is hidden somewhere and is actually a girl and whose mother is this other D. person. Do you follow me? It all perfectly reasonable after all, or at least more reasonable than majority of fanfiction.

I'm sure that's already been said but Perona as a Swordswoman, she's been with Mihawk and Zorro a long time, and I wanted to see her as some sort of rival for Tashigi (not in pairings but for swordwomen)

From what i have figured out I think it means Luffy is and always has been a male but he has a sibling who is a girl. And that Dragon gave birth to Luffy, but then Luffy's "dad" changed to female when dragon went male so Luffy's "dad" is his sisters "mother"

This is exactly what made me believe that Luffy's "sister" was born a boy whereas he was born a girl. A family of gender-swapping!

From my perspective I cam to the conclusion that the children didn't change gender, rather just the parents. Which is still pretty funny
