A warning on chrome paint... it's the most delicate of spray paints I've seen... it takes ages to dry (I'm unconvinced it actually does) and it shows every imperfection. You might look at a metal-flake paint instead (aluminium or silver colour)

For fake cigars, just cut strips of brown construction paper and roll those up. Probably pack it with crumpled up newspaper or something of a cigar/tube shape.

Well, I didn't want to go that route, but now that I think about it more, it may be a better idea. Yeah, I can get em to look how I want that way, thanks for the suggestion!

I may get one set of two or something and maybe try to match it up with the ones that are going on the jacket, which I will make myself.

like I said, a couple of grade 3 boys managed to roll them up in paper, and it looked pretty convincing to me.

And I worry about that too, I'm short and chubby, so I don't look like any anime characters that I cosplay.... I do hope I lose weight before Oni Con, I'm supposed to be a femme Smoker, so ideally, that means being all sexy and cute as well XD I'm gonna be wearing a balero jacket, so getting rid of the pudge is a must! e_e;

For some reason it seems more fun to cosplay guys! Like, I want to do Zoro again, in the Galley La shirt. It would be awesome.

Just to help out, I saw some fake cigars being sold at a store called aahs!! They had them in their props section near the costumes at the store I went to. Sorry, I can't seem to remember the price at the moment.
