It's a manga with devil fruits as its center of the story as ability source, with other things like haki, techniques, and technology. Since I don't think their abilities are haki, technique, or technology-based, so unless you have suggestions to explain their abilities, the DF it is.

The point is noone doubts that they have DFs, so why do people need CONFIRMATION that Buggy is a Shichi. Both things are equally obvious.

Wizards from void century are never mentioned, and robots from some moon haven't been shown to be strong. So your argument is far-fetched. They are DF users until stated otherwise. A confirmation is needed to prove that they are NOT DF users, but it's not likely that there will be any, and without the confirmation, they are DF users.

On the other hand, Buggy is a Shichibukai is like Sabo is alive. We may be sure about it, but Oda could just trick us with the clues. A confirmation is needed to prove that it's true, but could also prove that it's not true, although it is likely to be true because the clues are quite sound.

Because there's visual proof that they are DF users. While there's visual proof that Buggy was offered a position, there's no visual or written proof that he accepted it.

I asked this a few times but I have yet to see a decent answer. Why did Oda include the scene with the letter if not to show us that Buggy is gonna appear again as a Shichibukai?

I know it's possible that he refused it, etc. but that would be a cheap trick, and I doubt we are going to see such a cheap trick in One Piece.

That's not the same jabra, that opened the conflict between aokiji and akainu, which ended with aokiji leaving the marines, it wasn't pointless. Buggy receiving the letter and refusing to accept it it's completely pointless, nothing would've changed if he hasn't received it.

Sadly I can't look into the future, but what exactly tells us that Buggy refusing the offer won't lead to another meaningful incident?
Being forced to work for the evil government or sailing the seas as a free pirate is a difference that might affect the SH's. We simply don't know which route he will go. But calling people idiots because they consider both options is typical for Arlong Park, I guess.

And even if nothing important comes out of refusing the offer, maybe it will lead to a simple comedy relief situation. That's what his character is all about anyway.

The Supernova Captains were confirmed to be DF users through the most recent databook, so that piece of info is official.

Buggy accepting the Shichibukai position wasn't confirmed anywhere despite the obvious implications, so you can't say it's official info, just likely.

Kidd is almost certain a paramecia. One fundamental aspect of logia is fluidness, that is, being not solid and form manipulation. So far we haven't seen Kidd changes his shape at all.

I think Kid and the other Captains (besides Drake) were already confirmed to be Paramecia Devil Fruit users in the Deep Blue databook.

The databooks might have some mistakes here and there, but they're normally fixed by other official sources like the manga itself.

In short, Buggy being a Shichibukai is a very likely possibility, but not a fact until stated otherwise by an official source.
