Wow, there's so many possibilities for Luffy designs. There's the Straw Hat logo (like mine), the crappily drawn Luffy logo, some of Luffy's crappy doodles, his face, etc. so many possibilities XD
Have any ideas as to what you want?

Franky's upper body could be a little wider, but that's a very minor, nitpicky detail. His proximity to Zoro is more alarming; it looks like Zoro's about to catch a bionic knee to his crotch. The scene could use a little more breathing room for all the Strawhats, but that's more a personal bias on my part- I like open layouts with space to show off interesting backgrounds. As for character design, placement, and activity I love it. Especially the Wee Folk.

I've noticed I have a real bad habit of making heads and torso's too long XP I need to work on that. Ah well, better than was back when I used to make necks as long as the heads they're attached to :P
