I don't know when you started to plan this, but we had the idea for over a year now. You can confirm with TenshiOni of NarutoFan forum. :)

Plus, who would steal an idea from some smaller, less known forum? I doubt anyone in the staff members know its existance at all.

The idea came up when our last year's prank has gotten.. kind of bad. Though, I didn't have enough time to pull this off last year.

It's not like we can copy the theme in 3 hours especially when I'm at work ^^; And sorry, I only knew OP board in English, and maybe a few other foreign ones who used to link to APF often. I wouldn't be surprised to see other boards do similar thing though. Also our main objective was to have NarutoFan forum skin, and not making this a Naruto board since many of APF regulars are also regulars at NF :)
