Apparently, it's some sort of JJBA light novel called Purple Haze Feedback, and quite a few new Stand Users are introduced in it.
I can't read Japanese though, so I don't know what any of their abilities are, and I was hoping someone here would be able to.
All I can tell is the name of the Stand, the name of the Stand user, and the Stand's stats.

Well it looks like it's range is worse now. Maybe it needs to touch people. That would also account for its increased precision.

It's funny how Fugo has never really fought anyone.Closest he came to doing it was against the mirror guy and even that was pretty much done by Abbachio and Giorno.

Finally finished Phantom Blood the other day and got caught up with JoJolion. Hopefully I can get started with Battle Tendency later on tonight after I finish getting caught up with Gin Tama. The anime has got to be one of my most anticipated anime this year. Fall always has the best stuff and is always the longest season for me to wait for.

Really hyped for the upcoming anime, it will cover all parts right? I hope they keep Wakamoto as Hol Horse when they get to Stardust Crusaders.

Also I'm now done with Diamond Is Unbreakable, it was... alright. The villain, Kira, was pretty terrifying though.
