But they hide money in their boob jobs! That's super hardcore!

I ended up liking Jolyne a lot, at least.

Honestly, maybe it's because I lost so much interest during-Part V, and due to some of the lack of SBR I wasn't able to fully re-ignite it, but I just never cared about Part VI.

Part of it's because I'm sexist. I have a hard time getting into women characters, and for some reason I'm never interested in series starring women. I usually don't even pick women in fighters (but there's other reasons for that too).

But yeah, some of the things I read about Part VI made me have no interest. I'd be glad if it ended up being something I liked, though.

Yeah Jolyne was awesome even if she was basically a female Jotaro. Too bad in the end she becomes kinda useless to the overall plot, and her stands is probably the least used this side of Spice Girl (Araki must hate women)

Don't worry about that - they are the manliest women you'll ever see in a manga. Think Biscuit's real form from HxH (ok not that bad :D )

I am very torn about Part 6, but atleast there's one thing i always thought was great about it and that was Pucci.
Sure he gets too powerful due the course of the arc (which can lead to shitty copout's and DEM's), but i throughly enjoyed him as villain because he is one of the few good black villains I have seen in a comic, both western and asian.

He doesn't even act like most black stereotypes in mangas, but more like a crazed fanatic (he's a catholic by the way) which gave him some pluses in my book.

I still like Dio and Kira better though.

Even though I've only read the first couple of volumes and have just skimmed raws for the rest I have to say I like Part VI. Maybe not as much as II, III, IV, and SBR but it's at least equal to V.

While the stand powers do get a bit crazy some of them also have amazing designs, C-Moon for example.

C-Moon is probably one of the stand designs I like the least, it looks like a green-plant-man in drag (it is)

Compared to Pucci's two other stands, C-Moon's design fails.

I was actually thinking of White Snake, the one that makes the Stand and memory disks.

Although I did like C-Moon too even though you only see it briefly

White Snake design was killer indeed, wacky power to boot too.

I actually liked C-Moon's powers, but the design throwed me completley off, may have something to do about it has lipstick smeared over it's whole godamn face.

One thing I never truly understood about C-Moon is why didnt he just flip gravity to make everyone fall endlessly to the space? It could do that, right?

Well it wouldn't be very interesting if they he just killed them all like that. It's like how James Bond villians never just shoot him.

Its range is limited I belive so you can't do that without ripping out a large chunk of the earth in the process

and I'm reading though Part 1 again and damn it ages so well, I like the part more every time I read it.

BTW isn't it Whitesnake? That's the name of the band when I look for them on the net.

One thing I really liked about Part 6 was Weather Report. Man that was such an awesome stand.

    About the ending of it:
(Major Spoilers for people who don't know and a pretty big one about Ashita no Joe too)

    Spoiler:
I don't know I have mixed feelings about it. I don't like it, but I don't hate it either. I just felt it could have gone off better like the world resetting and everyone having their memory intact. Without it though, we'd never get SBR, which is awesome. I don't know I don't mind if the main character dies if the ending is good. Take Ashita no Joe for example, Joe dies at the end, but that ending is PERFECT. If you follow the series you experience all the shit Joe had to go through and how he basically turned his life around. And to know he went out with a smile on his face, made it probably the best ending I have ever known. The way the manga author draws the last page too is just amazing. I didn't think Araki did that good of a job with it and felt like he killed off everyone, just to kill them off.

Also the Requiem stands really didn't bother me that much because Jojo is filled with "Holy shit that's really cheap" powers. I think Golden Experience could have been not cheapened by a little (ok maybe a lot), but I still liked Part 5. A lot better then 4 or 1.

My favorite part VI character was probably Weather Report or Foo Fighter.

Was F.F one of the characters that was reincarnated at the end? I can't find my raws to look it up right now.

Just got to where Abdul comes back

You'd think they'd have checked for a pulse before burying him.....

Really though, I like Abdul and all, but him coming back was unnecessary.

"I caught the bullet between the eyes. LOL Now lets piss in this guys mouth"

    Edit: read next chapter

    Not as bad I guess

    Finished part 3

and liked the ending the least of the three.

Probably because the supporting guy I liked the least was the only one that lived.

I also didn't think Dio was as interesting of a villain as he was in part one. Probably because we never saw him do anything at all until his fight really.

I liked it fine, but I prefer the first two parts as a whole.

I ended up caring about the characters in part 3(and more of them) more than the first two though.

Kakyokin dying hit me hard man.

I loved the Part 3 ending, personally.

Probably mostly because I was really happy that Joseph was brought back to life. And because of how awesome the fight with Dio was.

And I hear you. I didn't like Polnareff for the longest time (though I like him more now), so that was kind of a bummer.

Oh the ending to the fight was great.

and yeah, I liked Joseph coming back as well.

I really think the bad taste of everyone dying except polnareff is making me biased.

I was at the point where I was getting excited when he was gonna die, but everytime he lived.

I think I moaned out loud when Iggy saved him from Vanilla Ice and died.

Gonna take a break before part 4 though. The scans hurt my eyes with their crappiness
