Great to see Detective Chimp,The JSA(Hawkman,Dr.Midnite,Hourman,Jay Garrick Flash,and Wildcat) and Per Degaton(Who is voiced by Clancy Brown :D) I wish that Alan Scott Green Lantern was in this episode
My favorite part is when Wildcat punch the scientist guy and said "Out of my way nerd!" XD

I've missed a few of the recent episodes so I have to ask. Had the Hall of Justice made an appearance before 'Sidekicks Assemble'? As is, I'm lucky that I wasn't drinking anything when it popped up onscreen as it would have wound up all over the coffee table.

That bit with Speedy and the crocodile pit was also great.

I wonder when they're finally going to break down and give us an episode with Supes in it and how they'll play that whenever it finally happens. The Big Blue Boy Scout (aka Aquaman on steroids) or the self-absorbed and slightly dickish Superman of the 1950s?

Rohtul is actually Lex Luthor's descendant from the 30th Century. I think he might have been in The Legion of Superheroes, but he was definitely a Batman villain from the '60s. I think that Super-Batman was one of those "imaginary" stories that tended to crop up back then as well.

...yeah...not sure why they changed Will Magnusto Milton Magnus.

Glad they got Tina's look right but her personality was different.
Wish Tin would have stuttered (can kinda see why they ditched it) and that he was a normal size.

Now, all of those could be forgiven (say that it's different for the context of the show) but they totally got Mercury wrong.

He should be melting, no legs, the entire episode.

Anyways, the episode was generally good (lol, I've had an Iron figure from this show for two months now and they are just showing this episode) but I am starting to wonder what they are doing with the openers. We've had a few say "To be continued" but I'm not really seeing the continued parts when I look the episodes up online.

the season's finale will feature Starro; most likely...the big star fish boss Starro...

Hopefully the Gas Gang will make future appearances. Wonder if this is their first appearance since...Metal Men 6 waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the 60s/70s

They changed the names of a few of them but retained the main abilities.
