normally the sound for "eigh" and the sound for "ay" are said the same as the letter "A" is pronounced. For instance "weigh" and "way" are said the same way. So it seems like Ray-Lay should be the correct pronunciation.
Actually I know a girl whose name is Leigh and it's pronounced Lee, but idk. What does the katakana say? That's probably what we should go with.
Edit:There's also a street in my town called Rayliegh Drive and it's pronounced Ray-lee.
ΩMEGA PIRATES: 10 Members
Captain: Zkaiser
Status: On a quest of knowledge.
Threat Level: Apparently Higher Than I thought
Goal: Assassination of Priority Targets
The katakana says レイりー the reading for the characters is reirii. So it should be said RayLee (I personally like this romanization better, Rayleigh just doesn't seem masculine enough for me) in English.

Kami and Raileigh, sue me.

I say Cam-e
I also say shachibooki
Cam-E is also how i prounounce her name. Rayleigh, i just thought that you pronounce the same way as Ralegh in NC. So Ra-Lee is how i say it.
As the Katakana is written, I read as such.
Kay-Me
Ray-Lee
Keh-ii-mii. Exactly how it should be pronounced.
I've always read it as..
Cam-E
Ray-Lee
YANGZTER PIRATES UNITE!
Spoiler:
I pronounce it Cam-e
It's easier that way :P
oh and i also say Rayleigh , Ray lay. Just sounds cooler. i guess we'll find out sooner or later though ne?
I say 'kei-mee' and 'ray-lee' following how they're written in katakana. :P
Kay-me, Ray-lee
Loo-fee

For people who want to hear how Rayleigh is pronounced.
Caimie: Cam-E (a lot of that is the fact that up until this thread i never realised there was an i in between the a and m).
Ray-Lee (that's how the English pronounce it).
I recommend: Destroy & Revolution, God of High School, Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru, Magi, Noblesse, Onepunch-Man and Sun-Ken Rock
