normally the sound for "eigh" and the sound for "ay" are said the same as the letter "A" is pronounced. For instance "weigh" and "way" are said the same way. So it seems like Ray-Lay should be the correct pronunciation.

The katakana says レイりー the reading for the characters is reirii. So it should be said RayLee (I personally like this romanization better, Rayleigh just doesn't seem masculine enough for me) in English.

The correct pronounciation (according to katakana) is Kay (like in "okay") - Mee (like in "me")

That's how I say it too... Or, not really, as I've never actually said it out loud, but that's how I imagine the characters saying it.

As for Rayleigh, I imagine it as "Ray-lay". Propably wrong though...
