I pronounce:
Caimie: Cam-E
Rayleigh: Ray-Lay
I pronounce:
Caimie: Cam-E
Rayleigh: Ray-Lay
Caimie: Cam-Ee
Rayleigh: Ray-Lay
Yeah I was just going to quote you but I noticed you used Cam-E instead of Cam-Ee so yeah.
Lol...How the heck do you even pronounce Ee?
Uh... like in Zoey?
I guess it's the same as just E though. Whatever :P
I say the first as "Keimi," which I'm pretty sure is the correct romanization. Like "Katie" with an 'M.'
I pronounce Rayleigh "Ray-lay," too.
The "correct" pronunciation for Caimie is "naive, bra-burning renegade mermaid with a tendency to get caught unawares." [/silliness]
“We could not be fulfilled if we weren't inauthentic some of the time—inauthentic, that is, in relation to such things as our passing desires to throttle our children, poison our spouse, or end our marriage over a dispute about changing a lightbulb.” – Alain de Botton
I'm not trying to be a jerk or start a fight, but I noticed a lot of you have a "I'll wait and see" attitude about how the names are pronounced. First, I'm wondering what you are waiting for (the anime perhaps)? Second, you've already been told several times in the thread how to pronounce these names. And you still choose to pronounce them wrong?! It would be like you meet a guy named Dan, but choose to call him Don because it's easier, or you're used to it.
ケイミー is romanized Keimii (read as Kay me)
レイリー is romanized Reirii (read as Ray Lee)
So you guys really have nothing to wait for! Stop mispronouncing their names!
I'm sorry if this came off as too harsh, but this is a big pet peeve of mine.

For Caimie I'll pronounce it like this : Ke (like the letter "K") E (like the letter ^^) Me.
Into IPA I think that would make [keɪmi]
For Rayleigh.... well, the audio just above sounds right for me![]()
Kaa-Me
It's too short.......
