hmmmm well if she IS alive, I want her to be a normal mother, she would be the balance of the crazy ass family.

But hey a bounty hunter is not bad, I guess she could have some good talks with zoro if they ever met. :P

damn... now I really want oda to say something about her, and if he doesn't I need a fan to ask him in the SBS about her. :S

i think for luffy's mom i will like to see her to be a strong character which strong female characters is mmuch needed thats why i like shakkyXD(she seems strong) but the possibilty of being a shiki or yonkou i like but lolas mother probability of being a yonkou is much higher. im also betting that shes a D. XP

Someone mentioned that Luffy's mom could be a bountyhunter; I haven't thought about that before but I like it. I'm not so fond of the theories that say she could be one of the yonkous or shichibukai. Bountyhunter seems much better.

I also have thought that Dadan might be Luffy's mom, but if I remember correctly someone said somewere that Dadan was reffered as he so... But I'm not sure.

Dragon seems to be physically more near in aspect to his father (Garp) than his son (Luffy) I won´t be surprised if Luffy mom is a girly version that is between Luffy and Nami in design.

I don't like that idea. Why show us all these family members and forget one solitary person? Luffy is the main protagonist not just some archeologist or chef, no offense to Sanji or Robin, so if they don't show me Luffy's mom that is gonna make me mad.

What do you mean? Are you saying that both Luffy's mom and Dragon were related? They were both somehow in this "D" thing? That explains a couple things about Luffy, but no. NO! Nothing about that sounds right. Oda doesn't seem to like getting into those issues. That stuff'll KILL merchandising for the franchise when people find out that Luffy is inbred.

omg not all D's are relative and thats is not what he meant he meant that if the mother is revealed the D family also known to be luffys family who are all D's so far will be revealed. well thats what i think he meant
