Well since we're looking for that particular person, if you pay close attention to Episode 0 (Strong World) at the shot of Young!Momonga and Yamakaji, there's a third marine in the background with reddish brown sideburns and a huge chin...

First, Horny's shoulder thingies: one is blue, the other is red.
But the really strange part is at Momonga. His right hand.

First, Horny's shoulder thingies: one is blue, the other is red.
But the really strange part is at Momonga. His right hand.

So he has both hands in his pockets... and a hand-like thing attached to his sword... weiiiiird!

I don't think Horny's was a mistake, take a look at Dalmatian. But Momonga... that was a strange one.
