Happy April Fools everyone! We fooled a lot of people this year, and this thread is here to prove it!

Yes, both the script and the pictures were fake.

Iva ate the "Gyaku gyaku fruit" (I assume the reversal fruit?).
Luffy wants to save Ace, but is in pretty severe pain.
If the recovery process is sped up/hurried, Luffy will die.
Iva gives/shows haki and the pirate king's name
The recovery will take about six hours
As a side effect, Luffy becomes a girl and in Domino's clothes saves Ace (or goes to save Ace, I guess)

Iwa is a reversal human.
It's risky to speed up the recovery.
A vice-admiral comes to get Ace.
At that time, Buggy and Mr. 3 are running in the sewage/drainage.
Luffy is a girl.

Hehe, I'm just going out on a limb here and I'm going to say...
Gyaku Gyaku fruit! Yay. Agreed about the reversel thing.
Luffy's recovery could possibly be hurried, but he might die.
From what I get with Iva-san talking about Haki and such, I believe S'he is talking about "The Will Of D" in this instance.
Other than just the recovery time, I think the Black/White dude goes to try and save Ace while Luffy is healing.
