It's from One Piece: Movie 9, Episode of Chopper. The movie adaptation of the Drum Island arc. That's from when Nami was ill, in bed.

She's blushing because of the fever, haha but yes it does look like it could be pretty dirty out of context.

I'm curious what software do you all use for making animated GIFs?

I've been looking for some good GIF-making software for a while (specifically for Mac but it doesn't matter). Also in the past the gif software I've used makes GIFs of file sizes that are not conducive to web-usage. Does anyone have tips on how to keep the filesize down?

I take frame by frame screencaps in Media Player Classic, for starters. Then I open those in Adobe Photoshop, I put them layered on top of each other in a .psd file, then I open that in Adobe ImageReady.

ImageReady lets you make an animated gif out of it, bam, there it is. For filesize, pretty much just resizing the image to something like maybe 400 pixels wide should do the trick, as long as there's less than say 20 frames.
