I'm curious what software do you all use for making animated GIFs?

I've been looking for some good GIF-making software for a while (specifically for Mac but it doesn't matter). Also in the past the gif software I've used makes GIFs of file sizes that are not conducive to web-usage. Does anyone have tips on how to keep the filesize down?

its kind of old but it does the trick easily .i love the crop tool, because if u crop out some unwanted space in a single frame, the rest of the frames will automaticly follow that frame

I make 'em with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Imageready. Probably no need to crop that particular one, just maybe resize it down.

Very nice done, you guys are so talented. The first one should be a little longer though. I love when the zombie just gets up again after that and says "like hell" or something like that. OP is a gold mine for gifts.
