So now I'm staring at my revised short story which is three pages longer and trying to resist the urge to keep adding more and fixing it because I don't want to have to keep spending money on printing. The saddest thing is that I wrote this story because of a joke prompt from my friends, but I can't be satisfied with it. Hell, it's not even an original concept, nearly everyone noticed the parallels (yet for some reason didn't seem to quite connect the dots in their reviews), and yet I have become attached to the characters. orz
Man I reeeeally should be working on my essay. Curse these unhelpful writing prompts!! I almost wish The Avengers wasn't coming out in theaters until summer starts because the possibility of going to see a midnight showing with my friend is not looking very good and by all rights I shouldn't, and I'll probably be too exhausted to enjoy it to its fullest. but then everyone else on the internet will have seen it and then I'll get spoilers. ahh first world problems. orz
