I'm hoping that Garp is popular enough to pull out a victory against Lucci, but it's going to be difficult no matter what! Both are really popular.

Luffy vs. Spandam is going to (likely) be a ridiculous slaughter in Luffy's favour, Akainu vs. Goldenweek is going to be random, and Oz vs. Hiriluk would be hilarious to write for, especially if Hiriluk somehow pulls off a victory (not sure how popular Oz is).

I believe voting is the same as nominations, there's a 24 hour period where people get one vote for each fight. There's a thread around here somewhere with all the info on it:
