She took down a horde of marines and Vice Admiral Momonga in one hit! She ordered the execution of three of her most loyal followers in front of an entire arena. Other than with Luffy, she's cold-hearted and sadistic with anyone and every one. And people don't think she's badass? People please.

Here's the deal, Momonga participated in a buster call with 5 great Vice Admirals, at that time, he didn't fight, he was just giving army formations, and not much was not needed, just "destroy everything that's in your way until the island is in fire".

We saw him later, this time, he was waiting in Calm Belt, destroying every monster that spotted him, cutting them in half, that's right... he cutted Sea Kings IN HALF, AS IF IT WAS NOTHING.
But wait, there's more...

When Boa came, all his army got stoned, except him, he didn't care, he said he would wait 2 days and then go away, he got preocupied if one of the Shichibukai's would go away, but nothing else.

He waited 2 days, killing everyone who dared to try to kill him, when she finally came, he was eating meat.
He said casually "can you put my men back? Or are they dead?"
She turned them back, he didn't care about anything else than the mission.

Boa Hancock used her best arsenal, and yet didn't kill him, he simply was waiting for her, without fear, without pain, just waiting and eating, doing what the Marine's wanted him to do.

Some Vice Admirals might be worse than Shichibukai's, but Momonga is in no way worse than Boa Hancock, at least from the info we got now.

And the only way to have Hancock better is if she suddenly had the power to kill everyone with that stupid "Pistol Kiss"
