An island with a secret valley of horses that are lead by a red horse named Flame is introduced a few books in, which kicked off a subseries of books about Flame. One of which featured a bunch of telepathic aliens that wanted to have a race of the world's fastest horses and another had the Black Stallion winding up on Flame's island and the two of them having to team up fight a giant vampire bat.

Well......give 'em points for originality, I guess.

Tim Sheridan (The Death and Return of Superman, Man of Tomorrow, Masters of the Universe this year) will be writing the treatment for the adaptation of Long Halloween. The animated 2 part film comes out this year. Chris Palmer (Man of Tomorrow) is directing. Part 1 comes out in the Summer and part 2 has no official date.

I started watching Invincible. I only watch the first two episodes so far. And I have to say this show is crazy. I didn't expect the ending to the first episode to happened.

Spoiler:

The final minutes of episode 1 with Omni-Man fighting all of the members of the Guardians of the Globe that moment just left me in shocked. Especially when there is no music was playing during the entire fight scene and it made it more chilling.
