In the VIZ version he say's "Wind Blast" Instead of the "it's a gust!"

But Dragon's mouth isn't open, so it goes against Oda's policy of making characters talk with their mouths closed. Still this was a very long time ago and could have been an oversight of his. Also at the same time everyone is flying around but Dragon, he made that wind.

Also, look at his hand motion. He's clearly commanding the wind.
Not to mention, it happened again in the Goa Kingdom. So yeah.

You know what? I want One Piece to have just ONE troll character. You know, like Aizen, or Kumagawa, one of those characters that trolls the reader completely, leaving him with a big "WHA--". Just one, and for a short arc, but there should be at least one troll in the One Piece world, who trolls his way through the strawhat's ranks and then trolls the reader too.

Law was like that for a little bit, Akainu too when he killed Ace.

The thing with Aizen was that while he made reading Bleach entertaining, it was for all the wrong reasons. Sure it was lulzy for him to turn in a butterfly and say that EVERYTHING WAS ACCORDING TO PLAN SINCE YOU WERE BORN, but he was pretty terrible as an actual character.

And Kumagawa's just a diamond among dirt. If One Piece had a Kumagawa, he'd be fun, but he wouldn't stand out half as much as he does in Medaka Box. He'd also have to be plot relevant, since Oda wouldn't have a character make that much impact and then ditch him entirely.

I'd like to see what Aokiji is up to nowadays. He isn't part of the marines anymore so what would he be doing? And with Aokiji gone and Akainu as a fleet admiral there would have (does it really need to be 3 admirals?) to be 2 new ones. Who could it be? 2 of the Vice Admirals we've seen in the war or someone entirely different and unknown to us? and than the Shichibukai. I'm a tad bit dissapointed Boa could hold her status as it was obvious to smoker and sentoumarou that she was protecting Luffy during the war (and even afterwards at Shabondy), add that with the fact that she was at Impel Down during luffy's break in and it doesn't make any sense that the WG wouldn't even consider Boa to be involved somehow. When Luffy was sent flying, he could've been sent ANYWHERE, Borsalino and Sentoumarou know this apperenty so would it be strange for Luffy to end up on the isle of Women? NO
Anyway. Some open spots for a shichibukai position. Law is one, which is pretty cool but I think, like BB, he just has the title because he needs it for something. He doesn't strike me as one to be a government dog, see I'd like to see him betray the marines and the next one is probably Buggy, although he is not powerful, he has a lot of history with some of the greatest pirates ever and a pretty dangerous and certainly pretty large crew. I'd like to see him soon, as a commander over many ships. Becoming something of a Shiki of the new era, whose power isn't that of his fruit but that of sheer numbers and strong followers (and muggy balls of course --> those things could be pretty damn dangerous in a battle at sea).
