Usopp never made an appearance. I heard his friend Sogeking showed up though.

The Strawhats need 100 million beli, the Galley-La company pool, and a massive guest list that consists of Galley-La, the Franky Family, and the entire population of Water 7 to even be compared to one of Buggy's parites thrown on his floating party-house with a budget of not finding treasure.

Hey, I'm not denying Buggy's awesome party-throwing abilities. I'm just saying that he hasn't thrown a special one that's topped the Water 7 party, yet (on panel). Him and Shanks are the same in that regard, and it's too close to call to make a good guess on which of the two can throw better parties.

I bet Roger threw some killer parties, himself.
