Had to go with Enel. Not his biggest fan, but the wacko actually had some memorable moments and was the main villain in a damn good arc.
Iva is one of those "everyone loves him but i don't get it" characters. And like Jinbei, he's far too perfect.

Don't ask that question 12 minutes into a round when there's still only been a handfull of voters. For cripes sake. Anything under a 30 vote difference can be caught up to in about 10 seconds once people realize there's actually a thread.

These things are ESPECIALLY volatile in the first hour or two when the most adamant supporters of a character vote as soon as they can in order to try and gain early lead and momentum, while most people just... get around to it later.

Come back in 8 hours and ask it again when he's still losing, and then you might get an answer.

Nothing to appologize about. Its just usually a senseless question that doesn't show up until MUCH later in the day. And the answer is usually a very simple
"More people like character x than character y". Its really all it boils down to. Its not even being negative towards the losing character sometimes, its just being more positive towards the other.

And in THIS case? Its cause Ivankov is Tim Curry.
