Honestly, I have nothing against Ivankov, but he creeps me the fuck out. If I saw him and his giant head strolling down the sidewalk, I would cross the street, and get on a bus to the next town. Interesting power, amusing, but unnerving.

Voted for God Enernem. I always had a bias for characters with lightning powers, but regardless I think he's one of the best villains we've seen to date. Deluded psychopaths are always fun, especially when they have the power at their disposal to backup the crazy, and his design is a great, creative mix of religion and rap motif.

Not to mention, he's the only villain so far that actually ACCOMPLISHED his dream! Who else in the series can boast that they conquered the moon? And amassed an army of robotic teddy bears in the process?
