Oda did the right thing replacing luffy's crew, think about it

Croc = New Zoro
Buggy = New Ussop
Jinbei = New Sanji

Its Over 9000% better to actually have a crew of real badass pirates, not some wannabes like ussop and sanji, who dont act like pirates at all.
Backstabbing, treachery, cowardice those are the qualities of real pirates, go watch some pirate movies or read some books if you think Buggy as pirate is a failure.
