Then when it got to the butt rape portion it lasted for pages, and it actually showed him thrusting etc. The only thing that happened in Wolf Guy was that they showed him mounting and that was it. Anyway, about this Wolf manga I was surprised to see people's reaction to this. I thought Berserk is everyone's first gory-crazy-Seinen here? Berserk also has butt raped stuff in the beginning. I didn't know that butt rape scene on chapter 56 of Wolf manga are enough to turned off people to continue reading.

the tongue bite was a bit more disturbing to me. The face Chiba made was horrific. Not to say the rape wasn't disgusting. It's just as people say... it wasn't extremely graphic... but it was styled in a very visceral way and just the idea it left the reader with was horrible.

With the ass whopping Haguro gave him, and the tongue biting, I'd agree with you guys and say that Chiba caught it worse. When I was saying that Shamo's was worse, I was strictly talking about the actual rape scenes, but now I could see why some would feel that Chiba's rape was worse.

In the last chapter he slit some guys neck open, then he appeared to be sexually aroused from it, and started licking blood off the knife. He then stuck his thumb all the way in the guys eye, and cut his head off with a pocket knife. After that he raised the guys head up, and drank the blood pouring from it, he also seemed to have an orgasm.

This manga could repeated Ichi The Killer route because Ichi also has the same sick, twisted, extreme sex stuff but still end up being enjoyable even though the art are more graphic and detailed than Wolf (that has more stylish art). I guess I'm going to wait for more chapters before decided to put this on hold or dropped it if it becomes a mindless fan services manga. The last sickening, mindless violence manga I can tolerate till the last volume was Tokyo Akazukin (read this if you are into kick ass loli but not recommended if you can't tolerate seeing loli having sex).

This is a pretty cool series. Very consistently awesome, story-wise and the art is fantastic. Overall I'd put it at slightly lower than Akumetsu but there are certain aspects I like more like thew Wolf man plot and the characterization and the focus on humanity rather than society.

Oh and I was right, the gore and stuff DID have a purpose. This series has been screaming cruelty of humanity since chapter one and the duo aren't pulling the punches on how twisted that can be.

Very nice series.
