Well, Sengoku IS an admiral.Yes, I know he is the "fleet admiral", but as you can see in his tittle he is not the fleet viceadmiral, the fleet bitch or the fleet goat. He is the fleet ADMIRAL. So the guy shouldnt have any problem with calling him admiral. It annoys you? Wellcome to the internet. Stop bitching.

I think that's an transnational issue. For an example, here in Sweden, fleet-admiral is called "Admiral" and admiral is "Vice-Admiral", so you can see where it gets confusing. Marine ranks are different in different countries.

Is that supposed to be an argument against what I said? Because I believe that by then he surely knew that the upcoming chapters will be a bit shorter being occupied with his family and the movie and all.

I think it sucks that not more than 10 chapters can be in. I always liked it when the volumes were so thick >_>. But would the 2-3 pages less be enough for another (11th) chapter to be in? Anyways, I hope the cover is full with alot of characters . I don't really like them when they look empty, like Vol. 48 :-/. I liked 51-52.

He said that on SBS Vol 53.

My english isn't that good to translates it but Oda's word in the SBS is something like this

"The publisher (Shueisha) told me the price for each manga volume with 11 chapter in it will increased 20 Yen. If the price is increasing then that means I'm not allowed to give you the (11 chapter per vol) 'services' anymore. That said, I'm sorry to tell you that on the later volume, it will only have 10 chapters."

He also confirmed OP tanko will be released every 3 months, so the fan will know when the next tanko will be released.

"Recently the scheduled release will be 3 month per book because sometimes I will take a break from releasing the chapter on weekly magazine. (I still have a lot of other work to do even though I take a break mind you) plus the chapters that compiled in the vol are quite a lot. If the book is released every two month, there will be not enough chapter to be includes in the book so just assumed the release will be every 3 month although sometimes it could be in 2 month!"

Vol 55 was released back in Sept and Vol 56 is released this December. I saw someone on page 1 of this thread mentioning the next vol will be scheduled on March, so you can see the trend here.

You can dig Stephen's script for a better translation though ^^

Vol 56 cover looks much better than Vol 48 cover IMO.

Cover: Whitebeard is a must and probably Luffy too as he is on almost all the covers... It's really hard to say who else (if there will be anyone else on the cover) as there's a crapload of characters to choose from...

Would be the most spoilerish cover of all times seeing that Squardo first stabs Whitebeard in the first or second chapter of vol. 58.

And I have too agree to you all, 48's, Oars' adventure was... Weak, to say the least.
Oh, and about 21's Utopia and 22's Hope, I guess it can't happen, as there ain't that much chapters of this war. Surely it didn't end yet, but it won't be longe till that. I guess it'll just be Luffy, Whitebeard, Ace and Sengoku, no more nor less.

Nah, i just meant the cover... but, well, in a bigger resolution it doesn't look that bad.

For 57 a "Pirates" cover and for Volume 58 a "Marine/Shichibukai" cover wouldn't be that bad either... but i somehow doubt Oda will do it.
