Anyone else notice how the first names in each Division are all members of last year's Top 32?

That's probably because that's how we've been seeding the spots. Ranks 1-32 (minus Strawhats) make pot 1. Ranks 33-64 make pot 2 and so on up to pot 4. Pots 5 - 9 include a selection of all the guys that didn't make it last year. And pot 10 includes characters that appeared in the manga between the start of the last tournament and this one. And since the pots contain 32 characters each, the prelims have one character of each pot.

I think he tried to use an unbiased statistical approach to do it, but I don't know the details of what he did.

Also I decided that I'll be voting for 3 people every round (even if I like more) and that the FIRST person that pm's me on the day of the match asking for campaigning help for a character they like (and I didn't vote for), then that person will earn 1 vote for that character and a campaigner (if I got the time~) ^^

....Just make it quick, preferably right when the match starts. Else I will randomly pick a character and root for that one. =)
