Yes, but he will likely get a ton of votes anyway. Also, this is just for fun, so it's not a huge deal who has the most votes.

He would only be at a disadvantage if the numbers from the Prelims carry over into the actual Tournament and there's no reason for that.

does in the next round those who got on a first place have to go against another chara who was 4th in his prelim..
and those who got a second place would go against a third place???
or is it without any order?

I'm pretty sure they just shuffle the names up again. I believe that's how it was done last year.

It'd be a random draw. This year I'm doing the First Round so you can blame me for any bad matches in it though I'll also deserve any credit for the awesome ones. Hopefully I'll do as good a job with it as I did with the Third Round last year.

It's crazy how high Perona is on that list, yet she didn't pass through.

Not complaining, just pointing out how out of place it looks.

I think looking over Perona's situation now it's over, the problem was it really was a tough group with four characters that just happened to have more notability and support:

-A former SH enemy who has a connection to Shanks, Roger and has a huge red nose
-Luffy's adopted brother who was the crux of an entire arc (regardless of him not living through it)
-A notable animal that everyone thinks is epic because it's owned by the supreme admiral of the Marines
-And a kick-ass old lady who taught Chopper everything she knew about medicine.

I voted for Perona too (well to tell the truth, I voted for her and three of the four mentioned...Ace was the only one I didn't) but the problem is those four just happened to be in her bracket and have more support. (let alone those who can't stand her)
