Some new and not so new stuff.

First, some school thing. I made it for art class. We had to design a logo (with text, but it's not here). This is for jam... with meat!! A real gladiators breakfast!
    Spoiler:

Next is just for showing off my average Photoshop skills: Rainbow Onion. You might have seen it a while ago.
    Spoiler:

Next four is another case of me being alone with Photoshop. I've decided to play a little and make myself some nice wallpapers.
So I got this pic, and turned it into this:
    Spoiler:

Aaand another one, with T-Bone, and different versions!
    Spoiler:

    Spoiler:

    Spoiler:

    Spoiler:

The last one is currently my wallpaper.

Note: These are all available in a much bigger size which means 1900 or 1920x1080. If you want them in any other size (that is not above 1080p), feel free to ask me. I can resize these in a moment and send them over (e-mail or anything).

Note 2: If you're curious, I can make a kind of tutorial on how to make wallpapers like these in Photoshop.

Note 3: I made these wallpapers in like 10 minutes, they are no big deal, really. I just put these here so anyone who is as obsessed with T-Bone or Sengoku as I am can have some nice wallpapers.

Note 4: I used Photoshop and its stuff for making these, however, I also used somethings called "stocks" or "textures". I found them on DeviantArt.
These are the ones; I did NOT make them and won't upload my wallpapers anywhere other than Photobucket.

    Love it!

I don't have any special request.

    But good luck making them!

Hey guys, have you heard of that new movie that should come out in the following days? I bet you didn't.
    Here's the poster:
    Spoiler:

You ought to check it out once it's... well, out.
Just kidding, it's no real movie. It's just a thing for art class tomorrow. I hope the teacher will like it. We were supposed to draw a movie poster with the title. The text below is just an addition from me to make it look more "realistic".
I tried something new out as you can see. I drew it on paper in class, then when at home, I switched to Photoshop. I only used three colours for the main thing. Red, black and a little white. I did the red and white parts (aside from the title and the text) with pen tool (fill). The background was red all along. Then, listening to my teacher's advice, I made the title short and sweet. At first I wanted it to be "Babylon", but that was too long. I tried different brushes for this and soon, I settled with this. I used a filter and glow effect on it (same for the "Coming Soon" below).
For the names and such, I looked up a poster with a high-resolution and got ideas from there (executive producer, music etc.).
Meanwhile, I thought it could use something more. So I used a texture. (Credit goes to him/her).

This is the result. It approximately took me 3-4 hours. I do hope my teacher will like it.

Really cool! The only comment I have is that I simply can't read the movie title. It's called Babes? (Might be because you read whatever is on your mind the whole day ;) ).

Bar that, really cool, keep it up. Art school is the best school for you lovely Nolus!

That's a strange L. It's supposed to be Babel:) The letters came out weird~

Oh, I'm not attending art school, it's just a regular one with one art class each week:D

Update time! I did all these yesterday (first three pics) and today (last one).

    Spoiler:

Basically just playing with my markers. Nothing special, but I like it. It's... so different from my other drawings (colored and non-colored).
Can you guess who it is? I think so.

    Spoiler:

I realized I love drawing heads from this angle. I'll colour this in PS using new colouring techniques.

    Spoiler:

To be fair, I started him a month or two ago but I only finished yesterday evening. His helmet turned out awesome.
To me, T-Bone will always be the No. 1 character in One Piece. There may be Doberman and CatGiant, but T-Bone beats them WITHOUT a moustache. That's something considering it's me we're talking about~
Anyways, drawing T-Bone is great. I usually can't find a good expression for him, but now, I think I managed somehow.
His mouth is always open, isn't it? Makes me wonder if he can even close it.

    And lastly:
    Spoiler:

    HORNY!Bastille. Horny is no more.
You know, it's kind of funny. I always drew (and imagined) him to rather immature and awfully young compared to the other VAs. Now I decided since he got a badass name, he has to be grown up to earn it! What?
So he got a few wrinkles. Not much, just a few. You may not see them because my printer is like that and I was lazy to correct it, but they're there. Oh, I'll colour this as well, so then you'll see.
His helmet turned out awesomely. Though I see now I did a mistake which I'll deal with later.
Oh my gosh, the hair, THE HAIR! It's so damn hard to draw. In every panel Oda drew, it looks different even though the angles don't differ that much.

By the way he's the new Admiral. Just wait and see.

Seriously though, I really think it's him.

Hmm... I keep thinking Colonel Sanders for some reason.

Also, I quite the rough look you did with the markers. Outlining with colors and strokes that is.

Thank you! That's what I was aiming for. I can't really do a "normal" colouring with the markers I have, they are too few.
To be honest, I adore impressionists and their way of seeing things. No strong outlines, just colours, shades and lights. I'm far from it, though.

It's a great attempt though and I'm impressed. Invest in some more markers, or whatever medium you can afford or find. Just to see how far you can go with it.

The special thing about the first one is that with the color you also can use that to show his anger even beter which in my eyes you did. Great job

I'll see if I can find something cheaper than Letraset even though it's already cheaper than that other high-quality marker I forgot the name of.

    ^:)

Thank you guys for your responses, they are helping me greatly:) I wish I could repay it somehow.

I've been playing around in PS a little (even though I should study) and tried those brushes I never tried. Subject was Sakazuki. No Sakazukis were harmed in these processes. I swear.
    Relatively big pic:
    Spoiler:

I like very strong shades (I guess I'm that dramatic). These are all NOPE, because I just can feel like using them. The middle two are two soft, I want to move on to something harder. The top two aren't that bad, I might get back to them later. The bottom one is meh.

Here's one that I fell in love with in the first few seconds:
    Spoiler:

This is kind of soft too, but honestly, with all those lines that make the whole thing look exciting, it's great. This brush is awesome. While I was colouring, I actually felt I'm in charge and whatever I wanted to do, happened as I wanted it to.
Of course there's one flaw: I don't think this colouring is appropriate for all kinds of things.

Let's call it the first round of my "find a new colouring method"-phase. This was focused on different kind of brushes (diff. hardness, size etc.).
I used only one colour (the skin) and set the layer(s) on multiply as well as the brush modes.

Next time, I'm going to try out new shading methods, which means I will use different colours to see how they work with multiply and what feeling they give.
