Yeah, as the night wore on, I got more exausted and got lazy. Dunno what went through my mind when I just slathered the plate with the sauce.
Not my crowning achievement.![]()

It's like Ratatouille, except I konk my head on the screen trying to jump at the food.
*drool*
I do wish I knew how to critique this.
BTW: Puffin's a member of your pack now? Who's in it (and is Dryish related?)
(I won't abuse this info, trust me you'll like why I want to do it).
Yes Puffin is a member, althougth your gonna have to ask Dry.............
<_< ...>_>

Could've sworn someone was watching us, guess it was nothing.![]()
Mush.... rooms... pork... asparagus...
And cream puffs?! Oh why I couldn't be there eating them ;___; Cream puffs! Cream puffsss!!
And as you are talking about the pack, I may as the alpha give an explanation. I do not inform other members if we get a new packmember. That is because it is only natural to find out themselves and get to know each other.
And I guess Dryish is a mystery case. But do not worry, I think he wants no harm for our pack.
Alpha of mah packDUN DUN DUUUUUN. I'm back!

Alpha of mah packDUN DUN DUUUUUN. I'm back!
Okay completely forgot to post this last night, I was exausted
But here we are!
Puffin was correct, it is BBQ meatloaf and Baked mac & cheese. This is actually my favorite food to make ( I make it at least once a week for my mother) and I believe I've tweeked the recipe enough that it is my own recipe now!
Now that I know this will not crash and burn like I thought it would, I will do another round of this sometime in the future.
As incentive for guessing, I have decided that the first correct guesser will recieve a specialy personalized dish that I will pm them. Oh and to make it fair, the same person cannot win again in the next round but can still guess if they want, just pm your guess to me.( it would be appreciated)
Okay, I'm off to pick my bro up from school, cheers mates!
EDIT:
@Vepe-dono: Yes you are also correct, it was fantastic
BBQ Meatloaf? Could you post the recipe for it? I'd like to try and cook it sometime. If you don't mind, of course.
No problem at all!
The original recipe I use is actually from a cookbook by Paula Deen, a southern cook who tends to make fatty, yet delicious food. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, diced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water, to thin sauce if necessary
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Form this mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow pan. Stir together the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire and the water (if too thick). Pour this sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the pan juices.
Usually, I use bottled bbq suce cause the sauce that is made here isn't exactly the greatest tasting, but really it is up to your preference. I also sometimes add an extra egg, just to add more hold
Hope it turns out well everybody
Oh, you don't have to tell me who Paula Deen is.I wish she was my third grandmother
I went through a cooking phase and I would watch her show among others to look for recipes. It's left me able to cook some above decent dishes, but nothing absolutely spectacular. If journalism, art, and teaching fall through for me : Culinary School, Here I come!.
Recipe looks awesome, I'll have to try it sometime. Might I suggest posting the recipes alongside the photos of your food? They all look awesome. And instead of salivating over the internet we could try to cook them ourselves. Of course, if you don't want to make them public yet, I can understand.
I do have to say, I was planning on posting the recipes as well, I just wanted to see if people were interested in this, but I can't express how honored I feel that people give a damn about what I do!
I will work on the recipes, but for now I am cooking tonight. Nothing really amazing, so my next post will be a Shuhan's Lazy Night entrée
Look forward to it!...Or not

Okay, time for Shuhan's Lazy Day Entrée:
Just spaghetti, meatballs, and sausage. Nothing special
And Bon Appitete... I guess![]()
Okay, I just slapped this together pretty quickly, so it may not look great
I dedicate this virtual smörgåsbord to everyone's favorite unbanned Member: KingofSarus!
I get the fried chicken, watermelon, and grape sodas, but why the Pop Tarts?
