Yes, This! Since Batoto have multiple translations... and Mangafox is famed for being a money making site that profits from non-profitable scanlation group (same goes for Mangahere).

Since it's a gag and most chapters are "one-shot", it can have an awesome story one week, and an okay in the next one. Gintama was/is like this too.

I just realized, Nyarguginron no mago or whatever it's called, it's on Shonen Jump Alpha, 2 series out of the original 6 before the first year, and Naruto and Bleach aren't long for this world.

I believe Jump NEXT! only runs one-shots, so it's probably just one final chapter.
Jump NEXT! used to be called Akamaru Jump, if you read Bakuman you'll remember it.

Must have confused that with Jump SQ, it also doesn't help that Sasaki refered to this upcoming chapter as a "sequel", so that threw me off as well

And the same magazine gave Busou Renkin two chapters to conclude the story.
It's not entirely unheard of.

EDIT: Not to mention, they need more than one long chapter to fill the last volume up.
It could be done with new tankoubon-only material, or it could have two chapters. Either way, they need exactly one more long chaper.
Otherwise they'll fill it up with some one-shot from his past.

Except Bleach sucked this much in ratings during the FB arc when the anime was still around. And that's saying something.

Also, I think the readers might have finaly gotten the point where, as Daz once put it, Kubo's "bizarre slow light speed", just annoys them as much as us.
