Wow, this was unexpected. I remember years ago when they announced Spider-Man 4, 5 and 6.
Though with all the strange details about the fourth movie I guess it wasn't THAT unexpected.

Heh, yeah. Jonah was great. But Tobey....big eyes and whimpering. That sums up what he does when something important happens.

Hopefully the next one will have a Spiderman more like the animated Spectacular Spiderman. The fights there are quite fun and the humor is great as well.

Unless I see "Abrams, Kurtzman and Orci" attached to this film it gets a thumbs sideways from me.

Not that I really cared for the Spiderman movies, but Raimi is a cool director, and Tobey is OK.

As you should, tarrin. Wolfwood just don't have good tastes in movies. Not only was two the best, but it's one of the best if not THEE best superhero movie ever made. Also, yeah, big mistake. See ya, Spider-Man films.

The scene in Spiderman 2 where a whole train load of people see his secret identity and "promise" not to tell anyone or cash in on that 20,000 dollar bribe Jamesson has out for him is the crowning moment of stupidity in any comic movie.

Now a good comic movie would be Iron man, it has it all. Heck get Favereu to direct and have Weismans team do the story and then've got ourselves an instant classic.

This is exciting and scary news. It could really go either way. SM 1,2 & 3 weren't so terrible that I could actually say, "It couldn't be worse."

But they weren't good enough for me to get bleary-eyed over it.
