Ok I have read through volume 8.

Is the skull knight u talk about that demon Nastra or something like that? the demon him and griffith got beat by badly? He showed up and gave Gutts a sword on the sneak after the battle when they took the famous castle.

is that him? or is the skull knight a different character?:biggrin:

I currently am under the impression that back before all this there were different Godhand / apostles and he and the witch defeated them, since Griffiths talk with 'god' reveals that this process would be easy to repeat if enough of the people wanted power

well the talk with god was cut out of the regular manga stuff right? i didnt read it but read about it. I think the skull knight was the one to wear the armor before guts and i think the old witch helped him tame his rage in the armor like the young witch traveling with guts and co is like her. Guts is like the skull knight

I am hoping it is Guts child. I think the child is a semi-demon but its good since it want to protect its parents. I wish I had people to discuss these things with . lol

Actually, it's sorta the child of all three of them. Guts had gotten Caska pregnant, but when Grifemto raped Caska it apparently demonified the baby.

But now things are all the more confusing...

Demon Child = Clearly Gutts and Casca's child, fucked up by Femto and his demonic sperm. Skull Knight said so.

Behelit Apostle + Demon Child = Griffith Reborn....meaning the child....was turned into a fetus for Griffith's physical world return? Griffith says himself that he still has some of the Childs feelings...

Moonlight Child = ...? He LOOKS like Casca and Gutt's kid minus demonic nature.... But how?
Did Griffith Reborn cast him off?

But then again Berserk can steal whatever it wants from Inu-Yasha cause we all know who will make better use of it.

Ur math is off because 2 humans can have a demon if the child comes in contact with one. Like with caska's child did. They also show pregneant women who babies get demonized through some ritual or something.

The baby comes to Guts as well. I think it is Guts child. I am confused about the two different babies. One is the reincarnation of Grif right? and who is this baby that appeared from nowhere? And why did it like Guts? It has some powers as well.

On a side note, I read up to chapter 30. Chapter 30 is hard for me to download now. I am going to try again later on. This story is getting good. I dont want to wait every 2 week for every chapter now. Dang.

One Piece...with Berserk's violence level.....would be a great satire.....but wouldn't work in reality.

It doesnt make everything better. Naruto is violent and so is one piece. I mis-used the word violent. Naruto would be a lil more interesting if it was more graphic. It would have more of realism factor. You might say, How can Naruto be realistic when it seems like its just a bunch of magic in a way? Well, alot of it is based on real life ninjas and legends in Asia culture.

There were things called nin-jutsu for ninjas. It was a mani-fastion of Chi. ( chakra). .....

I didnt mean to get off topic....But I like Berserk being graphic. It adds a realism to it. I like one piece and Naruto better than Berserk.

The ninja world and the pirate world was more harsh in real life. If naruto and one piece were not in shounen jump, I think they would have a better edgy and realistic feel to it. And it can still have its light hearted moments. Because Berserk have its moments as well.

Its not so much that its in Shonen Jump....but that Oda simply WANTS it that way.

Berserk is full of more than just light moments too.......Puck alone causes more strange out of place comedy then Naruto and One Piece combined.

but more comedy that One Piece...........maybe by the time Berserk finishes (if it does)
