True. Xiaoyu is much more of a sadistic fan girl who would do anything for Jin. Sakura much more thinks that Ryu, her friendship with Ryu, and her chance to be a fighter are all awesome. Sakura is like a respectable fan girl.

But yeah, love is love. They're two character who love the main young guy of the series. Sakura's love is just more respectable in contrast, namely since she's trying to keep up with him as a fighter.

Oh, and Xiaoyu's romance seems hopeless, and Sakura's romance has SOME hope if two hold on for a few more years (namely when Ryu stops fighting).

I agree with you that Sakura is a more respectable fangirl because she wants to surpass Ryu which is one hell of an ambition and that's why I liker her so much. She is technically the opposite of Sakura Haruno.

Despite being a Sakura fan, I think the idea of Sakura not aging is stupid. It is heartwarming to see a character you like growing up and becoming more mature.

Well, you do have the ability to get acquainted with Ibuki, Dudley and Makoto already, and once AE DLC comes out, you can learn Yang and Yun. That's five guys you can learn, then you already know Ryu, Ken, Akuma, and Sean basics. Well, Sean's a bit different, but he's still fairly easy to use. And Remy has just a few differences from Guile.

I could've always went back to Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Street Fighter Zero 3, Capcom vs. SNK 2, or even Super Street Fighter II Turbo for some Chunny.


Besides, you know better from Street Fighter IV. I don't just main Chun-Li. I DO pick other girls, it's just that I spend most of my time in the bedr-- I mean, lab with her.
Rose (my second favorite SF girl) was my other girl in my childhood dreamsStreet Fighter Zero, while Ibuki was my 3rd Strike girl.

Of course, I knew there was going to be "three versions" of Street Fighter III (like Street Fighter Zero) so I kinda knew my girl had to show up eventually, despite the fact the original SFIII was called, "Street Fighter III - New Generation."
I mean, (at the time) I knew (although, I was happily wrong) she wasn't going to be there and I wasn't going to sweat, but Akuma appearing make me go, "Aye! Three old-school shotos and no Chunny? That ain't right!" and I was like, "She better show up in 3.0 or this game is ass." and she did and I dropped Ibuki. :3

Like a new IP, it's fun to see brand new Street Fighters... which is why I'm hoping "Street Fighter V" is after Street Fighter III and not between II and III.
I want a dead Ryu, Gouken-like Ken, 50+ year old playable Chunny, Sakura and Mel can be the new "Ryu and Ken" and Akuma as Oni with Super Saiyan 3 hair.


Basically, shut the fuck up and get some new Street Fighter blood in you, boy.
You can survive without Cammy, like I survived without Chunny in SFIII 1.0 and 2.0.
You can do it in other fighters (that's if you play other fighters besides BlazBlue and Tekken) therefore, you can do it in 3rd Strike as well.
