I would say at least an hour or two everyday. The game follows the same 3-day schedule the whole way through.
Day 1: Reward Challenge
Day 2: Immunity Challenge
Day 3: Tribal Council
^^Rinse and repeat for 39 days. Ofcoarse....there are quite a few twists planned.....
