Tifa's the most likely newcomer from 7. She'll add some much needed va-jay-jay to the sausage fest, and her fisticuffs lend themselves well to Dissidia's playstyle. She'll likely be a close-range brawler type. Like Jecht, but less powerful and easier to use.

But I swear, if we don't get Gilgamesh...

Gilgamesh and Faris have the best chance to get in.

Gilgamesh due to being one of the greatest creations in FF5.

And Faris due to being one of Amano's favorite characters (along with Terra). Also, she's a fantastic character. Dissidia DOES need a pirate.
