Voted Shredder. I'm not really a fan of Shredder, but I barely like anybody from this list. The only shows I saw from this list are TMNT and Inspector Gadget. Never liked Transformers, He-Man, G.I Joe or Samurai Jack. And I also never watched Powerpuff girls as a kid, for obvious reasons.
Well, I was a Nickelodeon kid anyway, so I barely watched these older cartoons from the 80s/early 90s.

Man, Mojo Jojo is leading? Damn. I mean, yeah, he had his moments, but the best villain from PPG was HIM! The alternate future episode, to this day, still rings as the most memorable episode that I could watch again and again and still get freaked out. Mojo Jojo's quirks got old for me rather quickly.

HIM was a great villain but he (she?) didn't entertain me as much as Mojo Jojo. A villain that can make me laugh and subsequently impose a serious threat to the protagonists gets my appreciation. Mojo Jojo created the alternate PPG too and provided some of the toughest fights the girls had to go through. Plus he was the villain in the PPG Movie.

I remember when Mojo faced off against this super Alien overlord in a villain showdown and the Alien outmatched him at every step then Mojo went berserk and beat the crud out of the guy and hit the guy over the head with a stale piece of french bread. Pretty awesome that.

Still think Aku is the way better villain.

Saw Boss all the way!! Out of all the series from that list the one I enjoyed the most was Jayce and the wheeled warriors, the opening theme was kickass! I thought this show was a french production, just like Ulysses 31... but wikipedia says it was French-North American co-production.

Both, Megatron from Beast Wars and Megabyte from Reboot rank high in my list. Mumm-Ra (Thundercats)and Skeletor (He-man)are classic, but I never really got into neither show, however I did think Mumm-ra was freaking scary back then.
I find it hard to believe the one winning the poll is mojo-jojo... seriously. I'm guessing the fan base in this forum did not get a chance to watch proper cartoons from the 80's.

Blossom's voice in english is almost identical to her voice in spanish.

And Mojo... In spanish he was called with the "J" of Mojito, it is weird to see that he's moyo yoyo.
