My mind says Smoker, but my heart says Garp. Might actually leave this up to a hilarious campaign (which I could imagine would mean Garp.)

A few things:
1. I gotta go with Garp because he has more hilarious and emotional scenes than Smoker, who we can say has like... 4 things going for him (icecream, Ace scene, letting Strawhats get away+his embarassment, and "Eat Shit". Some of it's funny, but I think I laugh harder with Garp.
2. Nice try Metteminne, I wouldn't fall for such an obvious trap.
3. For the love of God, don't bring up 4kids the dubbers that must not be named. but to answer the question, the cigars in his mouth were edited out but not his bandolier of cigars or the smoke from said cigars, and his name was changed. but let's think happy thoughts and forget about it now.

Yeah, my enthusiasm for Smoker just kind of ran dry, especially given how many times people posted the "eat shit" panel. That was his most badass moment and it's so overposted I'm feeling a bit of a disconnect. It's gonna be awhile before I get interested in his character again.
